The German Foreign Ministry, in response to Iran’s FM Abbas Araghchi's remarks on Tehran's readiness to resume JCPOA talks, told @IranIntl that Iran's non-compliance in recent years has rendered the agreement ineffective. "The Islamic Republic of Iran has not formally requested the German government to resume JCPOA negotiations," the ministry confirmed. "However, we have carefully listened to Iran’s recent announcements and have always stated that Germany remains committed to diplomacy to address the serious international concerns about Iran’s nuclear program."
